Chata’s story started on a rainy day in Huayapam, when our friend Lisa spotted her out on a walk with her dogs. Chata was alone, standing guard over a litter of four tiny puppies. She wasn’t their mum — she was actually pregnant herself — but her big heart and strong maternal instinct told her to protect them anyway.

Now four years old, Chata is as loving and loyal as they come. She adores people, especially children, and has a blast playing with any dog who’s up for a good game. She’s sweet, affectionate, and full of life — but she also loves being the centre of attention and prefers not to share her humans too much!

Chata

La historia de Chata comenzó un día lluvioso en Huayapam, cuando nuestra amiga Lisa la vio mientras paseaba a sus perros. Chata estaba sola, cuidando una camada de cuatro cachorritos. No eran sus bebés —ella misma estaba embarazada—, pero su gran corazón y su instinto maternal la llevaron a protegerlos de todos modos.

Ahora, con cuatro años, Chata es tan amorosa y leal como se puede ser. Le encantan las personas, especialmente los niños, y disfruta muchísimo jugando con cualquier perro que tenga ganas de divertirse. Es dulce, cariñosa y llena de vida —pero también le gusta ser el centro de atención y no le encanta compartir a sus humanos.
