Canela
This sweet girl was found walking alone on the streets and taken in by a kind rescuer who made sure she got the vet care she needed. Since then, she’s been living in the countryside with a trusted dog sitter who runs a daycare for dogs of all kinds. For the past nine months, she’s been well fed, well exercised, and surrounded by a rotating cast of doggy friends – making her confident and sociable around other dogs.
She can be a little shy at first, but once she feels safe, her affectionate and playful nature shines through. She’s gentle, friendly, and eager to connect. While she hasn’t had formal training, she’s bright and responsive, and she already knows how to walk nicely on a regular leash.
This lovely girl would do well in a home where she can continue to build trust at her own pace. With a little patience and a lot of love, she’ll make a wonderful companion – loyal, loving, and full of potential. She’s ready for her next chapter – could that be with you?
